Magnolia Massage Cancellation Policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents us from providing services to other clients. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
ONE-DAY ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us one day advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be charged to your credit/debit card provided at scheduling.
We do understand emergencies and illnesses occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have had vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged for their missed appointment.
First Time Clients
Please complete a Health History Form
If you are not ready or available for your massage upon arrival of the therapist, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly, be ready and on time.
